Your online order will take between 1-3 days to process and be collected by one of
our courier services. We will notify you by email with your tracking number, once
your package has been collected by the courier. Most deliveries happen within 1-3
days, but can take longer if you are in an outlying area or not in SA.
If you are needing an urgent delivery please confirm this is possible with us before
placing your order. Overnight or same day deliveries are sometimes possible from
Monday to Thursday depending on your area. Please email us at
design@ecothreads.co.za if you have an urgent delivery timeframe and we will do
our best to assist you.
Our couriers deliver door to door and need a signature at delivery, so we are unable
ship to P.O. Boxes.
